Family Ministry
Family Ministry has a threefold mission of strengthening marriages, equipping parents, and building community among families. We love welcoming new families to the fellowship of parents who are raising their kids together in this place. It takes a village to raise children well. Family Ministry aims to be that village for you and your family.

Family Fun Events
Join us this summer! The following Family Ministry events are open to families with children of all ages.
CARP KIDS ON SATURDAY, JULY 11
Family beach day at Carpinteria. Find the Christ Lutheran EZ-UP at the end of Linden Avenue from 10AM onward. Hosted by David and Heather Frucht.
FAMILY PICNIC ON SUNDAY, JULY 19
A picnic lunch and playdate for families at Richard Rioux Park following the 10:30AM service. Hosted by Sheridan and Erin Phillips.
CARP KIDS ON SATURDAY, AUGUST 1
The final Carpinteria family beach day of summer. Look for the Christ Lutheran EZ-UP at the end of Linden Avenue from 10AM onward. Hosted by Sheridan and Erin Philipps.
FAMILY PICNIC ON SUNDAY, AUGUST 16
A picnic lunch and playdate for families at Pacific Crest Park in Saugus. Hosted by Amy Cummings and family.
Wednesday Night Ministries
Three sessions per year (fall, winter, and spring), 6 to 8 weeks per session, a church-wide dinner in the Fellowship Center is served from 5 – 6 p.m., followed by separate studies and small-groups for children, young teens, and adults from 6 – 7:15 p.m.

Family Camp - Annually
Taking place every October, Family Camp at the Ventura Ranch KOA is a highlight of the year. It’s a weekend filled with rich fellowship and a lot of fun with other families. Accommodations at the KOA include cabins, tent sites, or RV sites. This year’s Family Camp is October 2nd-4th.
