Associate Pastor Search
We are seeking a full‑time Associate Pastor who is warm, relational, mission‑minded, and skilled at building structured, sustainable ministries. The role partners closely with the Lead Pastor—similar to a CEO/COO dynamic—translating vision into organized, well‑communicated action.
The Associate Pastor will lead two core pillars: Genuine Community (assimilation, small groups, fellowship, family ministries) and Generous Living (outreach, mission partnerships, community engagement). Key responsibilities include guiding newcomers from first visit to full involvement, overseeing major outreach events, supervising children’s and student ministry staff, and strengthening local and global mission efforts. Shared pastoral duties include preaching 25% of Sundays, teaching Confirmation, pastoral care, and strategic mission planning.
Candidates must hold an M.Div., have at least three years of ministry experience, and be rostered or roster‑eligible in LCMC or NALC. The church offers regional compensation and a home down‑payment partnership, seeking a long‑term (5+ year) ministry relationship.
