A Message From Our Pastor
Welcome to Christ Lutheran. If you’re searching for a church home, here are a few distinctives about us.
Midsized: Big enough to have a variety of ministries, but small enough that you won’t stay anonymous. We’re a closely-knit community of about 300 people.
Intergenerational: Especially when we worship, we believe the generations ought to be side-by-side, not separated. Children especially are welcome, visible, and valued here.
Lutheran: We love our heritage. Lutheran theology is thoroughly biblical, rich in ancient wisdom, and emphatically focused on Christ. We are grateful for what has come down to us.
Traditional: We believe the future of the church is ancient. In a culture increasingly unrooted from history, we value the ancient paths and practices that have formed saints for millennia.
Imperfect: Hang around long enough and you’ll begin to see faults. (This is all churches!) We value honesty; we believe in grace. We also believe discipleship is not about perfection but progress.
